PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
You can choose to pay either a full amount or divide payment into parts at the time of driver assignment. The remaining amount will proceed directly to the driver at delivery.Drivers only accept certified funds for payment (cash, cashier's check, or money order). Drivers will not accept personal checks or credit cards.
By Federal law you must pay the full amount to the driver, otherwise, the driver has the right to withhold the release of your vehicle(s).
Yes, you can cancel your order by calling our agent directly.If you cancel your order before the driver arrives at the pickup location, we will be able to refund a full charge.
INSURANCE COVERAGE AND PERSONAL ITEMS
Yes, you can. Please make sure that all cargo is secured, below the window level, in the rear or trunk of the car, and there is nothing behind the driver's seat.
Yes, your vehicle will be insured all time during the whole transportation process. Carrier's insurance policy covers a minimum of $100,000. Please be aware that insurance does not cover any personal items inside of your vehicle.
DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
All drivers must take photos of the vehicle at pickup and delivery. Each driver has a unique bill of landing for each vehicle where all scratches, damages, and photos are included. Please check your vehicle at delivery and make sure that everything is matching with a photo from pickup before signing a bill of landing. If you see any new damages, please take a photo and contact us directly for further assistance.
Please note, that after you accept the vehicle and sign the bill of landing, any new damages will not be the driver's responsibility.
TRANSPORTATION PROCESS
No, you are free to give us a location and contact person for pickup and delivery of your car
After you provide all information about the requested day, time, and location for the pickup, our agent will advise you on the estimated day and time needed for the transportation depending on your delivery location. You can always request updates about the current location of your vehicle or receive any additional assistant.
BILL OF LADING AND INVOICE
Bill of lading (BOL) is a document issued by a carrier. BOL is a vehicle inspection where the carrier reports and marks any pre-existing vehicle damage. This document proves that your vehicle was picked up and delivered to you.
You will receive an invoice after your vehicle is delivered and all payments proceed.
